Extreme make-overs have captured people's attention in recent years and this Case Study is no exception. Beverly Living, a long-term healthcare company with several hundred locations, was looking for a brand new corporate image. We took on the challenge of contributing to that corporate make-over with a captivating on hold ads.
After consulting with our Brand Imaging team, we decided to create a number of 'visual' settings in the on hold campaign and establish a personal connection with fond memories of grandparents. The first half of each ad establishes a story-line with characterization and heart-warming dialogue. As each story-line transitions from past memories to the present, Beverly Living Centers is cast in a whole new light and a powerful emotional connection is made with each listener.
Selecting the right voices to support the generational image was critical and the music tracks had to deliver a cohesive message. Then we wrapped it up tight with a customized jingle, and the rest is history. Audio Imaging was a strategic part of Beverly Living's extreme make-over.

The scope and intent of the On Hold campaign was to develop something far beyond conventional advertising announcements in order to promote their products in an exciting new way. After careful review and a few brainstorming sessions, our Concept Development Team dreamed up a one-of-a-kind framework for the marketing project.
Using a full-scale, theatrical approach, we portrayed pets 'advertising' their products in a fast-moving, action-packed sequence of visual story lines. Our Production crew used sound effects, specialty music tracks and first-person characterization to create an audio masterpiece. We really had fun with this project... and Leather Brothers were dog-gone pleased with the result.
